The Littlepage Story

We had been looking for farm property for about two years and we were surprised and disheartened not only by the properties that we saw but the caliber of salespeople and agents with whom we dealt. We met Rob (Langford) by chance – another visit to another piece of property. But this meeting was different.

“(Rob) has extensive networks in the region and was able to connect us with all types of professionals, from well inspectors to contractors and foresters."

Rob asked us about our goals, what we hoped to do with our land. And he listened. Then he put together a daylong tour of properties that he thought might fit us. We found our property that day.

Our Roaring Creek Farm is a 100-acre parcel of timberland and pasture on the Georgia border between Quincy and Chattahoochee that is used as a tree farm and wildlife habitat.

“In him we felt we had a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy guide.”

Rob is a professional who works for his clients. He professionally and fairly navigated the space between seller and buyer. He has extensive networks in the region and was able to connect us with all types of professionals, from well inspectors to contractors and foresters. In him we felt we had a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy guide.
