Marketing southern land can be as unique as the parcel itself.  Southern Land Realty employs a number of strategies on behalf of our clients. Key to the process is getting leads – the more prospects you have reviewing the information on your farm, the better.

To generate those leads, we use a combination of the following:

  • Networking with brokers, buyers and sellers

Southern Land Realty will also market your property to our extensive list of buyers and sellers that we have cultivated over the last 10 years. We are well connected with other regional land brokers and put those relationships to work on all of our listings.  And, as members of the Florida Farm Bureau and Tall Timbers Research Station & Land Conservancy , we regularly meet prospects to raise awareness of properties we are selling.

A word about auctions: We are often asked our opinion about whether or not a certain tract is suitable for auction. Our experience is that auctions are good for time-sensitive sales. If a seller has an immediate need to sell, an auction may be a viable choice. There are still questions that should be answered before going to auction. And we would be happy to help you through that process.
